If you end up with a product that’s not quite right, we accept returns and exchanges of most unworn, unwashed, and new condition merchandise within 15 days of the delivery date. Exceptions to the return policy that will not be refunded or exchanged are water bottles, headgear, underwear, gift cards, clearance items, and items marked as “final sale”. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection.

How to return or exchange an item
Just send us an email at service@box5759.temp.domains within the 15 day time frame. Clearly state that you want to return an item and include your account number, order number, description of the item, and reason for the return. Then Indicate which of the following three options you have chosen:

Please note, PN Jone will not refund for any outgoing shipping charges unless the merchandise is found to be defective. If you elect not to use the shipping label generated from PN Jone then PN Jone will not assume responsibility for any items lost in transit. Beyond providing the customer with a prepaid shipping label, PN Jone will not reimburse for any additional charges incurred for returned items without prior documented authorization. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
How to use a promo code ?
Visit My Shopping Bag to apply your promo (also called discount or coupon code) and select apply. Promo codes are not case sensitive. You cannot apply more than one promo code to your order.
What are the restrictions on promotional codes?
Be sure to note the restrictions associated with a promotion. Promotions may be limited to purchases from eligible styles, a specified group of items or minimum order price. Promotional offers do not apply to sale, clearance, or gift card purchases. Only one promotional code may be used per order. All promotions are available for a limited time during indicated dates, and only while supplies last.
How do I use my store credit?
After you have selected your items that you intend to purchase, you will see the option to use your store credit while in the checkout process. Just enter the information as indicated.
Can I receive a price adjustment?
If you have purchased full priced items that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a one-time price adjustment in the form of store credit. You must request the adjustment within 15 days of the purchase.
Why was all or part of my order cancelled?
Orders are rarely cancelled. All order shipments are subject to product availability. In the rare occasion that partial or complete orders are cancelled due to inventory shortage, the final price of the order will be adjusted and you will receive a refund for the cancelled items.
Form of Payment issued for returns
If initial payment was by credit card, the refund amount will be credited back to that same credit card.
If initial payment was by a gift card, the refund amount will be issued for the same gift card or a new gift card will be issued for that amount.
If initial payment was by a store credit, the refund amount will be issued for the same store credit card or a new store credit card will be issued for that amount.
If the initial payment used a promotional code or discount, the same discount would only be applied to an exchange for the same style in another size or color. (If you choose to exchange the item for a different style, the discount can’t be transferred.)
Certain items in our online catalog may be unavailable for international shipping.
Some items may be unavailable for shipping due to the individual policies of specific destination countries.
At this time, we cannot ship to Cuba, Ascension Islands, Western Sahara, Somalia, French Southern Territories, Falcon Islands, and Iran

Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. International taxes, tariffs, and value-added tax (VAT) are calculated into your final order total during checkout.
Taxes or Duties
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your destination country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and you should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
PN Jone cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
pBy law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from PN Jone, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to PN Jone. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
Returns and exchanges for international orders
You can return an item received in an international order, but exchanges are not possible at this time. Instead, you can return the unwanted item and order a new replacement separately.
Refunds include duties, taxes, and tariffs. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original international shipping charges.
