Shipping Cost

UPS Free Ground Shipping is offered for orders greater than $50 within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders under $50 are a $7.99 flat rate.

Shipping Options

When shipping to an address within the continental United States, your options include UPS Ground Shipping, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver.

Your order will arrive via either UPS or USPS. If you are unable to receive UPS shipments please use your P.O. Box; P.O. boxes, APOs and Puerto Rico destinations will ship USPS only.

Expedited shipping is not available for PO Boxes or APOs.

Shipment Processing & Receiving

Please be patient as we process your order, as we are doing our best to ensure that purchases made by 11 a.m PST, Monday through Friday are processed the same day. Shipping and arrival may be affected by carrier peak periods.

If you selected UPS Ground Shipping, it can take up to 9 business days to receive your order. This is because it may take up to 2 business days for PN Jone to process your order. After the processing time, your order will be shipped and may take up to 7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

You also have the option to select UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air Saver.

Holidays & Saturday Shipments

PN Jone is closed during nationally recognized holidays. Orders placed after 10 a.m. PST on the day prior to the holiday, will not process until the first business day following that holiday. PN Jone does not offer a Saturday service option.

Nationally recognized holidays include New Year’s Eve, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
